The Advertising contract is between the company named (the advertiser) and Beermat advertising (BA)
We at (BA) undertake to provide a Proof of all artwork and text supplied by the advertiser. A signed acceptance; or e-mail confirmation, is required prior to print lay-up and plate manufacture. No alterations can be accepted thereafter.

Colour proofs of artwork are required with your order for approximate colour matching.
Beermat board is a highly absorbent substrate, and as such exact pantone colour matching is not an option, We will of course endeavour to produce as near as possible.
Please allow four weeks for delivery from signed receipt of final artwork.
All prices quoted include, printing costs, transportation and delivery to local/selected areas, and will be held for 30 days.
A deposit of 50% MUST be paid on initial intent of contract.
The Full Balance will then be required on acceptance of all proof and text.

Please be aware that orders will only be scheduled for printing once we are in receipt of all cleared funds.
