Ford use beermats and product positioning to promote their products in three separate Golf clubs for the South Wales market.
The Coed-y-Mwstwr, the Southerndown and the Grove.
Each one a prestigious golfing venue in the Bridgend area. And highly suited for product positioning in this market area.
This image of the Mondeo was taken at the Coed-y-Mwstwr club during one of many positioning days.
Bridgend Ford are one of the largest Ford dealerships in Wales to use beermats advertising to market their product.
The man with the camera is a press photographer we organised to further cover the event sponsored by Ford, Beermats Advertising, Sony and others. The young people you see being photographed are part of the Golf clubs youth team.
The "Kuga" is part of the product positioning campaign for that day.
You'll see more of them further down, getting involved with the South Wales Police Force.
It's not possible to get the product any closer to the action than this. If you want to keep the glass in the windows that is!
Many of the golfers seen in the photographs are high volume business users that frequently attend these events, and use beermats to market their business.
No product positioning in the car parks for our clients.
We make sure they are where they get noticed!
Golf clubs are one of the best market place for advertising and positioning of your products.
The South Wales Police, Bridgend Ford and Beermats Advertising.
After the event in front of Police Headquarters. They all look quite "normal" once again.
This event was arranged and organised by Beermat advertising and sponsored by Ford.
It's impossible to show in a still photograph the true horror of the effects of an uncontrolled skid, even when demonstrated by a expert Police driving instructor. Not something to try on the way to market! It was difficult to remember which direction the vehicle was going originally.
The BMW is of course rear wheel drive and not so easily controlled...... This is product positioning Police style!!

Of course the Astra being front wheel drive is much easier to.......
Oh dear!
Another example of Police product positioning.......
Anyway an excellent event which attracted a huge amount of extra market publicity for our clients.
The Police Skid Pan? People said it couldn't be done.... But we proved them wrong; as you can see.
Beermat Advertising would like to thank the management and staff at the Coed-y-Mwstwr Golf club for all their help in making this market event for Bridgend Ford a truly auspicious occasion.
A very special thank you to both the South Wales Police Force and Mr. Keith Carpenter (Police driving instructor) without their help this event could not have taken place.
Best Regards
Keith. Beermatadvertising.com
